A Delaware County man has been sentenced for being at the helm of a massive identity theft ring, authorities revealed previously this week.
The Pennsylvania Lawyer Generals Office said Lovell A. Davis III, 36, of Havertown, will spend three to 6 years in state jail for running the conspiracy.
Detectives said Davis led a group that made numerous deceptive charge card and matching ID cards.
He sent his partners to monetary organizationsbanks, where they were able to get moneycash loan on the cards, according to prosecutors.
The Lawyer Generals Workplace said Davis co-conspirators were located across the nation, including in Nevada, New York, Maryland, Illinois and California.
Davis used the cash from the conspiracy to purchase luxurious shoes, bags, car rentals, hotel stays and holidays, authorities said.
Other conspirators in the event have either already been sentenced or are awaiting additional court procedures, the Attorney Generals Office stated.
